Jeff Milio - Managing Broker
In what is often viewed as a “numbers game,” Jeff Milio’s passion in the business of real estate is actually driven by his love for the people he encounters along the way. Jeff has climbed through the ranks in the real estate industry, starting out as a Leasing Professional in his diverse hometown of Chicago, and his community-based projects have allowed him to play an important role in the lives of investors, lessees, and hopeful homeowners from all walks of life.
Throughout his 25 years in the industry and with a number of large Luxury Community and Multi-Family projects in the Industry National Markets under his belt, Jeff has worked with two very successful publicly traded companies, including 13 years with Archstone Smith, the 2nd largest REIT in the country during its time. Jeff also became the Senior Vice President of Operations at Independence Realty Trust, an REIT that specializes in management of 16,000+ -apartment communities. His many achievements as the SVP of Operations with Independence were jumpstarted by his choices in assembling a team that successfully oversaw the development and management of 60 communities within 20,000 units.
Jeff was born and raised on Chicago’s Northwest side in a law enforcement family with strong community ties. His roots in Chicago are truly unwavering and make him a homegrown expert in the Chicago Real Estate Market. His passion for mentorship also acts as a driving force behind his ability to bring people together to form a top-notch team with the potential to exceed all real estate-related expectations.
Tyler Jones - Leasing Professional
Tyler Jones is a Chicagoland native, hailing from the suburbs of Chicago and now living on the city’s Northwest side. Tyler attended Chicago’s very own DePaul University (Go Blue Demons!), where he studied Industrial-Organizational (IO) Psych while also illustrating his dedication and work ethic by competing as a collegiate-level wrestler. Tyler fostered his interest in real estate as an intern for Independence Realty Trust, a coveted position within a major community-based real estate investment trust. Tyler has also previously worked as a successful College Leasing Associate for student housing.
Amanda Jarosz - Leasing Professional
Amanda Jarosz is a self-proclaimed travel enthusiast, whose excursions have taken her all over Europe to places like Amsterdam, Monaco, and Italy, as well as to our neighbors to the North and South, Canada and Mexico. Her world travels have given her a unique perspective that allows her to relate to individuals from a plethora of different cultures and countries of origin. Amanda graduated with her Bachelor of Science and then went on to further her financial education by acquiring her Masters of Accounting and Financial Management (MAFM). Amanda proudly resides on Chicago’s Northwest side, where she is an active member of a condo association and is currently working on her CPA.
Jeff Hartzell - Leasing Professional
Jeff Hartzell’s entrepreneurial drive combined with his innovative nature make him an ideal team member in the business world of startups. Jeff has dedicated the last 20 years of his life to managing startups, in the roles of Senior Management, Investor, and Founder. He possesses extensive experience with Financial Operations in the Tech and Telecommunications Sector both here in Chicago as well as in the Philadelphia area. After graduating with his B.A. from Ohio State, Jeff went on to complete his MBA at the prestigious University of Chicago, in the city that would eventually become his new home. Jeff has now called Chicago home for the past 20 years and thoroughly enjoys serving the citizens of the Windy City by addressing their financial needs.
